Is it possible that i could have jewish ancestors based on this evidence?

my whole family is non-jewish (christian.) however, many people have told me that i look jewish, and in part due to my curlyish hair, since that's common among jews...Also, what i'm wondering, is the irony that my grandmother (whos maiden name was "Berger,") is the only person (along with her daughter who is my mother, in my family with curly hair, and i know that when the German word Berg is used in a surname, it's usually jewish. for example, i live in a town with a good amount of jews, and there are TONS of names that end in berg such as Gruenberg, Rothberg, Goldberg, or even Bergman, Bergstein, Bergdorf etc.......So, is it possible that my Berger ancestors could have been jewish at some point or originally? or is that too far fetched
