What is so great about the Torah?

i dont mean this in a negative way, but I'm asking what "wisdom" or "teaching" there is in the Torah and what do jewish rabbis specifically study on it? Torah meaning "5 Books of Moses" or the Pentateuch, not the entire Old Testament. how do you study and what do you study? what knowledge and wisdom do u gain?
