Count Engelbert II of Berg? Need info on him!?

Did count Engelbert II ever get married? What was her name? Did he have any children? If so, what was the name of the children and mother's name? In a sense was he a good or bad guy? Etc. I'm having a hard time finding information on this guy and this is basically the last bit of info I need now. Thanks for any help that can be provided.
