Is it possible to be a Jewish Christian?

I believe in God and Jesus. I believe God sent Jesus down to save us for our sins. I also believe in Heaven. Can I still have my christian beliefs but study the torah and do the things jewish families do without believing that Jesus was a profit and a good man and when we die, we go the "the promise land (israel)"? Like, can I celebrate hannukah, christmas, ramadan, passover.. and things like that
