Jews, what if I don't have a Hebrew Bible with me?

What if I don't have the Hebrew Bible (or Torah or the Tanakh) with me physically? Is it possible to read it online? Are there any trustworthy websites where I can read the "true" sacred texts of the Hebrew Bible (Torah)? I notice that Hebrew Bible and Biblical Translations like the King James Version or New International Version is slightly different. Anyway, where online can I get my share of the hebrew scriptures?
