New 13th zodiac chart. um ok moon sign how do i find this out?

Ok... here is the reality. There is no new sign, no 13th sign, and Walter Berg discovered nothing. The constellation, Ophiuchus, has been known since ancient times, and is better known as Serpentarius, the Serpent Holder. It has been in the sky since the era of time known to earth. Astrologers have known about this sign for again thousands of years. The reason it is not used in astrology as with many constellations, is their brightness, their orbit, and their ecliptic. Astrology is a unique math, and this constellation simply does not fit into the zodiac well. As for sidereal/tropical (that is again a math system not an astrological system. The longer days and shorter days are known as short and long ascensions. That is why the zodiac does not start the ingress of a sign the same day each year. There are 88 constellations in the sky, and in astrology we use 12 of them. We do use fixed stars, and there is such a thing called Fixed star astrology, but that too also works with the 12 zodiac signs, even though the stars could be in a different constellation. Therefore to answer your moon question it is the same sign now as it was yesterday, last year or at your birth.
